Directors

Mr. Bhimraj Nagina

Mr. Bhimraj Nagina is the Managing Director of our Company since February, 2016. He is also the Director of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Ujjain Engineering College, Ujjain (Govt. Engineering College Ujjain). He is an industrialist and business consultant having experience of more than 22 years. Mr. Bhimraj Nagina has achieved significant milestones in terms of personal wealth as well as trust from the esteemed clients across the state of Madhya Pradesh. Mr. Bhimraj Nagina is a Dynamic, Entrepreneurial and Passionate Businessman helping clients, companies with quality products and the best services in different sectors today. His integration journey from Manufacturing Transformers to Real state to IOCL Dealership and Further into Finance Sector.

Dr. Kirtiraj Nagina

Dr. Kirtiraj Nagina is a Director of our Company since February, 2018. He is also a member of Audit Committee of the Company.

He holds the Graduated in Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery in the year 2006 from Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior and Post Graduated in D.ortho from dy patil university Mumbai and DNB, He initiated his career in Bhopal as a Jr. Resident in Chirayu medical college and hospital to as a professor in chirayu medical college and hospital. Along the experience in health sector dr. kirtiraj nagina started a pharmaceutical company in the name of “Ngina Pharma” in year 2016 and further into starting a hospital in Bhopal in the year 2018.

Mrs. Meena Nagina

Mrs. Meena Nagina is a Director of our Company. She joined the Board of Directors of the Company in February, 2018.

She has a Business experience of more than 15 years in the field of Manufacturing and warehousing storage.

Mrs. Leena Patidar

Mrs. Leena Patidar is a Director of our Company. She joined the Board of Directors of the Company in May, 2018.

She has done Bachelor of Arts from Barkattullah University Bhopal MP. She is a Business experience of more than 3 years in the field of finance and warehousing storage.
